Drinking Wine? Number #1 rule……

Wine Tasting Events

There is no need to rush when drinking wine. Let it have contact with the air after being stored for a long time. This process is called decanting, and it will help you to enjoy the flavor to its fullest. While waiting, you can swirl and sniff your wine first if you are at a restaurant let your wine sit in the glass for 15-30 minutes if you can while you enjoy an appetizer or salad. This rule mostly applies to Red Wine. So enjoy your dinner relax and enjoy the atmosphere and surroundings of the restaurant. Similar to the old saying take time to smell the roses. You will be greatly rewarded with a much better wine-drinking experience if you slow down and let the wine breathe or decant. Don’t forget to RSVP for our wine-tasting event on October 29th. Space is limited and we only have a few seats left. You will learn the art of wine drinking as well as be able to sample several wines to see what your favorites are. Until next time… be kind to each other and Cheers!!!
